4. Post Doc is defined as any person with a Postdoctoral Research Associate title or less than 8 years of service and holding the following titles: Research Associate, Senior Research Associate, and Assistant Research Scientist.
5. The reporting of race and ethnicity categories changed in fiscal year 2010. To keep data in line with IPEDS reporting all employees were asked a two part question. Part one asked whether an employee identified as Hispanic with a yes / no response. Part two asked which race(s) they identified with. Respondents who selected Hispanic in part one are reported as Hispanic, regardless of whether they identified with any other race in part two. All other respondents who selected more than one race in part two are listed as two or more races.
6. Totals may not add due to rounding.
